Our leadership team is made up of four directors who aren’t just sitting in boardrooms. Jacques Weber, Robert Gottlieb, and Daniel Morris are in the trenches with our clients, ensuring top-tier service and security, day in and day out.

 

Jacques, Jon, and Daniel come from policing backgrounds, and they continue to channel that real-world crime-fighting experience to reduce crime across the city. Meanwhile, all four directors are completely hands-on in the business, involved in every detail to ensure that no stone goes unturned when it comes to your safety. They’re not just “running the show” – they’re running alongside it, making sure everything is just right.

 

Beyond their roles at Monitored, our directors are also active in community safety initiatives around Cape Town, lending their expertise to neighborhood watches, community policing boards, and other initiatives.
